In all its shame and glory, the city of Johannesburg has imprinted itself on my heart since the day I was born. This has moulded me into a person with nothing but wide ears and an open heart. I am not the voice of anyone, just a platform for people to find their own.

I have a BA (PPE) degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.  I hope that through journalism and interacting with the everyday people of South Africa, I can learn more about humanity, receiving knowledge and reflecting it back out to the world.

I received an LLB from the University of Cape Town, I currently find myself on the Voice of Wits Law Focus show. I am on a journey to make complex information accessible because I think knowledge is ineffective if not practically applicable. Apparently, I’m a lawyer now.

As a spirit that runs wild and free, I walk the path less taken. I converse with the stars, flowers, oceans, and other souls, and each of these things have stories waiting to be told.  With my nurtured brain and human heart, I hope to express what I find in another’s eyes, on the branches of trees, and footprints left in the soil.

I hold a BA in Media Studies and English (Wits, 2023), and am now part of the Wits Centre for Journalism to reach the dream I have dreamed since the beginning of (my) time.
